PII and it’s use
"Personally identifiable information" (PII) is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. This Privacy Policy lays out rules and guidelines on how we collect, use, transfer, transmit, protect, or otherwise handle, your Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Updates or modifications to Privacy Policy
In the event of a policy update, a copy of the new policy will be sent to all members who: (i) previously agreed to the use of their PII, and (ii) are actively subscribed to our website. This notice will go out at least three (3) days prior to the activation of the updated policy. Once the new policy is considered “active”, the website link to the Policy will be updated to reflect the changes.
What PII our website collects and why
When subscribing to our site, you are asked to enter your name and email address, so that we can contact you in the future, via email, to alert you of any of the following: (i) Company news and updates, (ii) newly published posts, (iii) promotions and special offers, (iv) changes to policies, (v) new features available on our site.
In addition to the PII described above, the site may ask you to provide billing data before approving the sale of a product, premium subscription, or service. This information will include the following: (i) credit card or debit card details (including card number, name on card, cvv code and expiration date), (ii) billing address and zip code (associated with the form of payment), (iii) mailing address (for products that require shipping).
The Company may also collect the following: (i) signatures and e-signatures (for certain releases, waivers, certifications, contractual agreements, etc.)
When we collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is collected: (i) after you type your email address into our “Join Our Mailing List” section and select the “Sign up” button. (This section is located on the websites Home page. Additionally, users are redirected to this section when they select the “Subscribe Now” button on the About Us page.); (ii) when a user fills out the “Get in Touch!” form on the Contact Info page (Users in this case are submitting PII regardless of whether they elect to sign up for our email list. The only difference is user’s information will not be warehoused in our email database if the user chooses not to sign up for the email list); (iii) before the sale of a product, subscription or service a customer will be required to enter their billing information into the system before “checking out” in the virtual Shopping Cart page; (iv) when authorizing certain releases, waivers, certifications, contractual agreements, or other forms, a user will be sent the associated documents via email. A user has the option of: (i) downloading the documents to fill them out and then uploading them back to the site, or (ii) using a third-party host service to electronically fill out and sign the document.
Cookies and their use on our site
Our site prompts you to accept cookies but let’s first explain what they are. Cookies are text files with small pieces of data that are used to identify your computer. These files are transferred to your computer's hard drive, by the site or its service provider, through your Web browser. Specific cookies, known as HTTP cookies, enable the system to recognize specific users/browsers by capturing and remembering certain information. We do this to improve your web browsing experience. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember articles, posts and comments that you have favorited in the past. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide users with tailored recommendations and an easier site navigation. Ways we use your PII and Cookie data
How your PII is protected
Our site is reviewed routinely by company employees trained to monitor and address security vulnerabilities. Additionally, we have purchased website protection packages from our web host and domain registrar to ensure extra layers of protection and monitoring.
Your personal information is housed behind secured networks and in protected company databases, of which, accessibility is limited to select personnel who must be granted special access rights. All systems, databases, websites and networks require login credentials and passwords. Our online webhosting service is also set up with Two-Step verification. All user, client, partner, and affiliate information are treated as confidential and privileged.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters billing information, submits payment, or accesses their banking information in order to maintain the safety of their personal information. Aside from routine site monitoring, security and maintenance services, we also pay for additional layers of protection and cyber security insurance in the event of a data breach or hacking. This allows us to extend coverage to our clients in such event.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed directly on our servers.
Removing or Modifying previously sent PII
At any point in time, you can request to remove or update your PII by sending an email to us at CustomerService@agopsllc.com or by using the “Get in Touch” form on the Contact Info page.
Third-Party Disclosures
As a company rule, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information with outside companies. This does not include website hosting partners, organizational affiliates, vendors, or other parties whose involvement relates directly to the Company’s operations, project management or the resolution of an identified problem. All of these partners, affiliates, vendors and “other” parties have previously signed Business Agreements with A.G. Optimized Process Solutions, LLC placing confidentiality and other restrictions on access to data. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to: (i) comply with legal or regulatory requirements, (ii) enforce company policies, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, its employees, or others’.
Non-personally identifiable visitor information is excluded from the above requirements and may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other business uses.
Third-party Links, References and Associations
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include, offer, or make mention to, third party products or services on our site or in our email notifications. These third-party companies, and their sites, have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore neither claim, nor assert, nor guarantee, nor otherwise assume, responsibility or liability for the content, activities or deficiencies of these linked sites and their associated companies. Nonetheless, we respect all of our users, clients and partners and seek to protect the integrity of our Company and our site so we welcome any feedback about these third-party companies and sites.
Disclosure of PII
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may fall under the stipulations of that agreement and we may be required to transfer ownership of that data. We will provide notice ahead of any such transfer of PII upon which it would then become subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Additionally, under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your PII if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
PII Transfers
Your information, including PII and other related data, may be transferred to, and/or maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, where the data protection laws may differ from those of within your jurisdiction.
We will take all actions, reasonably necessary, to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of PII, or related data, will be performed unless the receiving organization or entity is shown to have adequate controls in place to secure such data and/or PII.
PII Retention Databases and Holding Duration
The retention of your PII will end at the earliest of the periods hereafter: (i) the Company deems it unnecessary to continue housing the information, or (ii) the user themselves, or through a court appointed designee, acting on behalf of the user, requests the removal of the information. At such points, an authorized company personnel will delete the requested information from all files which are not required to be maintained as matters of accounting, legal, regulatory or compliance requirements. We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with legal and governance obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Web Hosting Service
Our Company utilizes a third-party company Web Hosting Service to run our house our site, perform Website-related services and analysis, and to assist us in managing certain user data. This third-party has access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Google Analytics
Our website uses the Google Analytics service offered by Google to track and create reports on website traffic. Google uses the data it collects from our site to provide performance, marketing and user summary reports. This data is also used by Google internally to update its services and operations as well.
You can opt-out of having your activity shared with Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Reminder about your personal role in safeguarding PII
Finally, remember, you as the user are responsible for carefully protecting your own personal information as well. While on our site, please do not share, post or otherwise submit data that you do not want others to access, such as: (i) including usernames and passwords, (ii) your location, (iii) personal images and/or videos, (iv) other personal or sensitive data. By doing your part, you ensure that malicious third-parties can’t access or otherwise manipulate your accounts or assume your identity. Again, DO NOT disclose any sensitive information in the public domain.
